Shipping & Delivery - a houseaesthetic store, represent products from various vendors or manufacturer, and shipping and delivery times vary with each product. Most of our finished goods products like furniture, heating units, or accesories typically ship within 3-5 business days, if not next day. However, products such as umbrellas and all Made-To-Order which are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the shipping times vary depending on the order and state we are shipping to. However, most made-to-order and custom orders are processed and manufactured within 10 (ten) to 25 (twenty five) business days and shipped via FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground or LTL Truck which is an estimated additional 5 – 7 business days. If your order contains various products from different manufacturers, you may receive your products on different days, or from different carriers. During peak season, May – August, shipping times may take up to 30 (thirty) business days plus the additional 5 – 7 business days for Ground service described above. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided on order as soon as it is available from the manufacturer.

To complete your order, Houseaesthetic needs to know your complete credit card information. Once an order is confirmed, credit card information is not reused. Our secure merchant billing system does not enable us to view your specific credit card digits, it only allows a one time authorization and these digits come to us in encrypted form. Returns & Replacements
Customers satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are warranted against manufacturing defect for 1 (one) year. All cut-and-sew products, like umbrellas are Made-To-Order, and these orders are considered final and will be made exactly as ordered (as specified on the email confirmation you receive which is sent to the email address you provided).

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. All orders with a clear manufacturing defect may be returned for exchange of the same item within 10 business days of your receipt date. Please email your request for a return authorization (RA number) to Items without an RA number will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of your receipt date at: and we will send you the correct item(s), or replacement part(s) at no cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept any product returns due to your dislike of the fabric color or material finish. We make every effort to allow website visitors the ability to “view fabrics” or "view finishes" prior to purchase. Actual fabrics and components may vary slightly from color pictures as displayed due to particular lighting effects and computer monitor displays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read all product descriptions in the site shopping cart prior to completion of order.
All items should be physically inspected directly out of the box without being placed in stand or table. Should any damage including: scratches, dents, rips or tears of fabric from placement in table or stands or table occur, items are no longer considered new and will not be accepted for refund nor replacement. All cut-and-sew products such as patio umbrellas are considered custom and are therefore non returnable, non replaceable nor refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Houseaesthetic reserves the right to send replacement parts when applicable. Our return policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse, neglect, wind, weather conditions or accidents. Product Descriptions
Houseaesthetic and its vendor partners attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we don not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, or error-free. In the event a product is incorrectly listed, Houseaesthetic has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for these products. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your bank in the amount of the charge. Once we submit the credit (which usually takes 24 – 72 business hours), it is up to your bank when the credit is posted to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Placing An Order
Some Houseaesthetic products are Made-To-Order and are therefore not returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. A copy of the order transaction including terms and conditions will be automatically sent via email to the email address provided on the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to disable any email programs that may prevent the receipt of this email and assure themselves that they have received this email confirmation. Cancelling An Order
